Family experience, but not cheap
We had a quiet and spacious second room, just what we needed for the kids. Staff was pleasant and professional, even helped us with extra pillows.
It wasn't inexpensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

We hit up the museums and Navy Pier. Hotel was clean, affordable, and safe. The location is great with places like Walgreens and Chipotle nearby. Free parking is a huge plus! Perfect for a group trip to crash after exploring the city.
Only downside was the lack of towels. They provided limited bath supplies, which was a bit inconvenient.

The location was perfect for visiting local attractions like Indian Boundary Park and the Swedish American Museum. I appreciated the friendly service, but the room could use some updates as it felt a bit dated. However, it served its purpose well for a short transit stay. For my longer visits, having a refrigerator and microwave would make a big difference.

missingWrote a review on Jun 04comfortable bedfriendly staffclean roomnoisy environmentpoor wi-fioutdated fixtures
I checked into Rodeway Inn and found the location convenient with shops nearby. The bed in my room was comfortable, which made it a decent spot to rest after a long day in Chicago. The staff at the front desk were friendly, especially during check-in, giving me a warm welcome. However, the noise levels at night were quite bothersome due to other guests hanging out and chatting outside. The Wi-Fi wasn't working well in my room, which was frustrating because I needed to catch up on some work. The bathroom was clean, but the shower fixtures felt outdated. Overall, it served its purpose for a short stay, but improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi would enhance the experience.
